Engineering Workstream Renewal, Oct '23 - Mar '24

# Abstract / Overview

Abstract
The EIP-4824 1 standard defines common interfaces for DAOs via daoURI, akin to tokenURI for NFTs. This proposal will extend ShapeShift DAO to EIP-4824 by deploying a new registration contract through a contract interaction with the EIP-4824 factory maintained by DAOstar.
This proposal does not involve any transfer of funds or changes to ShapeShift's contracts. DAOstar, with the help of a recent grant from Optimism, will help generate a daoURI to help ShapeShift adopt EIP-4824.
Motivation

Abstract:
This proposal seeks two purposes in regard to the Treasury Management and Diversification Committee:
@jonisjon is stepping off the committee. Assign @0xFBL as the 5th member of the committee
Modify the compensation of committee members from the current 4000 FOX per month to $1,250 worth of FOX per month.

As explained in this incubation post: https://forum.shapeshift.com/thread/incubation-tmdc-revisions-summer-2023-45396, is stepping off the committee. This is to vote for who should replace on the committee.

SCP 145 [Portfolio of bets-Product Roadmap Q3] :
Summary/Abstract  - This ideation proposal is the last chance to change up the framework, sizing, and feature lists on the portfolio of bets for the rest of the quarter.

Summary
This proposal is for a continuation of budget funding for another 6 month term, August 1- January 31st, 2024 (Fifth Term) for the current Operations workstream that was established with passing of the previous proposals:

I have been enjoying my time here, (mostly) , i really enjoy setting up a server with the basic security bots/channels/roles, however, as i recently did for a few partners.
Would like to focus on rearranging the roles/channels, bot aspects of server(s)
With my limited aspect in shapeshift, this makes it difficult. Plan was (is) to get those abilities setup, which is fine.
I am thinking about stepping out of Moderation, and into another aspect however.
one that works WITH moderation, but is not directly tied to it.

Not sure how to go about effecting this change.
(tbh, been thinking about this for a year about already)
