This proposal outlines a parametric fee model to be implemented on all trades routes. 

FOX holders receive discounted, up to free trades, based on a parameter.

TLDR
This is a proposal for ShapeShift to collaborate with Hats.finance to create an on-chain, free, non-custodial, scalable and permissionless incentives pool for hackers/auditors to protect the ShapeShift smart contracts.
