No problem! I think its an interesting idea. Helps the WS with some potential profit, and the KK workstream with direct sales, AND the DAO overall with more Users.
Overall, i think the Global WS is doing fantastic. Started with just English, and now we are spreading to other countries/cultures/languages! keep going!
Website /doc have …how many translations now? 3?
Discord has 8 or 9 diff language communities setup. 2 with several members, others with only a few, but we have to start somewhere!

For all matters, we are considering metrics like engaged sessions, first user visit, visited landing pages and traffic behavior using Google Analytics (shapeshift.com property).
@thesmith and @Vladhzc - first off I want to thank you both for the work and thought being put into the proposal and subsequent responses to the community. Its great to see the desire for feedback and everyone operating with the assumption that we are all trying to do what is best for the DAO.
I unfortunately missed the last governance call and have tried to piece together the information that is now spread across the forum, the thread in discord, and also the App Metrics channel and am finding it challenging to do so.
All that being said, I just wanted to try and get alignment on what we are calling a “MAU” and where the source of truth is for that data. So far, most of the models and revenue discussions have centered around pendo as the source of truth. Additionally, I think product is mainly tracking that as their source of truth. While I think having other data sources is good for many reasons, it would provide better clarity if all work streams adopt the same definition and data source for identifying a MAU.
Are you guys open to revising your goals and performance metrics to use pendo?
