Operational Notes:

FOX Benefits page is now live, Let us know if there are any analytics or details you’d like to see in the page you don’t currently.

We had a hotfix that had to go out related to tx history population as well as graph population for the main dashboard. It was addressed quickly by the Engineering team as soon as it was ticketed. FOX props to Firebomb for the great reporting.

Solana and Limit order work are still behind flags but should be up for release testing very soon.

With all of the wallet support changes added with EIP-6963, some additional follow up work was needed to maintain a happy connection flow for MetaMask users.

Escalation flows were tested a few times this week and really helped the team assess priority and funnel issues into their proper place with minimal disruptions.

General & Strategy

Met with a very large integration partner this week, getting feedback from a whale’s perspective and possible directions for integrations. Nice meeting with another person in founder-mode chatting through growing the pie instead of zero sum arguments or the regular twitter beef.

Really stoked FOX benefits is live, again, but this time everything except snapshot is do-able inside of the Shapeshift app. The portal to the FOX universe is here.

Process

Strategy workshop —> feature land

Smol one page apps in parallel is the way for the next bit. About 15 ideas are sorted into the proper stages of discovery, we have two parking lots, and polishing is in full swing.

Page 3 has been categorized. We’re going to work on Chainflip — in possibly two places thanks to david C — as a result. Next up is: scoping memoless Redux & the sweeper. Product has it’s hands full now doing the real work of prototyping and grinding for new user feedback.
