The proposal to fund the Engineering Workstream (Snapshot) promised a budget report midway through the cycle. The cycle is Nov 1, 2021 - Feb 28, 2022. This is the midway report, summarizing the budget as of Jan 1, 2022:

As you can see, we are projected to finish well under budget. There are two primary reasons for this:
Fewer centralized employees moved into workstream than projected
- Total salary paid out during period is for 3.5 months, not 4 (because Nov was only 1/2 month pay)
We are currently hiring so that we can best use the financial resources entrusted to us to build our product and add features.
There was also a proposal to fund bounty efforts with 200k FOX (Snapshot). Here is a summary of those funds:
We have thus far spent less than 25% of that allocated budget.
