Operational Notes:

Quieter week this week focusing on bug squashing and finishing up major features.

Lots of work is going on behind feature flags and in other repos with focuses on Mayachain support, the notification center, and agentic work. Some of the notification center work should now be prod so you can see updates as you have certain trades pending.

#polish is still the channel we’d love to receive feedback from the app in. please detail any buggy experiences and Product/Engineering/Operations will be quick to ticket and address.

Mayachain is undergoing tests as we round out wallet support for the feature.

Leadership is looking into a steering committee and doing some vision work next week.

  1. Spiked into Glyph
    1. Next spike is tuesday this week. Hoping to nail other GTMs from other agents and understand what really set them up for success/failure.
      1. Sadly a lot of them so far involve magic token go up tech. So trying to read through the lines on this.
  2. Retro on the BTC + LTC Conf.

  • Sapote created a tool to extract 20k followers of target (KOL) accounts and filter by min threshold of 10k followers. We plan to use this tool to generate lead lists from target KOLs and protocols.
  • Top 100 lists from Kaito scraped for future campaigns, starting with ‘Anything to BTC’ and continuing with other product features + Glyph.

  • Drafted post to share on new rFOX developments
  • Encourage other DAO members to participate in the subreddit (repurpose/post from X?)
