Welcoming marketing to the “what did you get done this week” thread. We’re going to start testing apps post release too, making sure we deliver and are accountable. We’ll then open it up for DAO members once we have a reliable cadence. 
General & Strategy
It’s been a banner month so far, we’re topping the Thorchain charts, Chainflip is doing volume, 0x had a single 100K day, and we’re climbing upwards. If Q4 ended with a whimper then the bang is here week by week. Slowly but surely each addition retains more people, and converts folks.
Shapeshift is super handy and we’re really proud of how far we’ve come.
Collaborating with marketing on a unified strategy, goals, and vision doc. This unification draws inspiration from feedback about the roadmap and vision’s lack of clarity. working on adding more clarity/cohesion and ambition. In our last release thread we mentioned where we spike in a cohesive narrative. The time for learning and smoothing up those gaps is now.
Allfox included a premier into the new strategic focus:
- Connect: Aggregate the best of DeFi
- Evolve: Pioneer through side quests
- Transcend: Foundation for bridging into an AI-native future
More on these in goals and another FBL memo. This is the year for DAO controlling it’s own destiny.
Process & Research
More on the theme: I’ve personally been evaluating/researching AI agentic tech since October, the time has come for distillation into a coherent spec & next steps. Quite convinced that the big pivot, or big feature we build is agents that work for you with some innovative mix of a few technologies we know very deeply.
Our side quests flow into this perfectly too:
- OG evolves into awareness ⇒ The sweeper continues evolution and grows more awareness ⇒ We transcend by using the sweeper as the gate to an AI app experience.
Looking at onboarding more too, we may have a building opportunity here. Depends on bandwith for other priorities but as we connect the best of DeFi our onboarding needs focus and craft.

- Spec Ratio is at: 7/26 (3.71)
- No motion on new specs this week, allfox ate the energy.
- Limit orders and keystore though, they are DONE!
