Operational Notes:

The app is thinning as we continue to polish and clean up pages and sections that are under used. Both the NFT tab and the Earn tabs were removed to make things cleaner and more streamlined.

Mixpanel events and cleanup around mixpanel actions have taken a higher priority in regukalr releases.

The asset regeneration script was broken due to our upgrade to vite. We were able to repair it and get new assets regenerated again.

  • Highlighting trade routes flowing through ShapeShift (e.g. SOL → BTC)
  • Launched advanced limit order language and sortable quotes
  • Establishing a regular cadence of Discord announcements tied to weekly product launches
  • Swap comparison wins: ShapeShift vs. MetaMask – user saved ~$600 on a $10k trade using our 0x aggregator

Community & Campaigns

  • Announcing $100 giveaway winner next week (based on form feedback submitted through the app)
  • Advancing in the BigLeagueChew Bracket – we beat Polygon :tada:
  • Planning cross-Discord collaboration with the Litecoin community (potential Spaces or fun cross-promo)
  • Discord = community + email list hybrid → more regular + casual pings to keep engagement up

Reddit Launch – April 1

  • Reddit proposal live → Proposal Doc
  • Sapote to manage daily responses + engagement
  • Launching with updated feature set summary + biweekly post cadence

Advertising & Growth

  • Blaze Outbound Campaign: 10,000-contact target; outreach in progress
  • X Ad Tests: country-specific tests live → Discord Tracking
  • YouTube Ads: Speccing early-stage videos for Classic
    • Creator collabs = $$$ ($9k for 5-min video = nope)
    • Exploring Google SERP placements (e.g., paid placement for searches like “Uniswap”)

  • Tokenomics dashboard (THORChain volume by chain) now live → especially helpful for BTC/LTC conference prep
  • Mixpanel dashboards for each marketing channel in progress
