Allfox 17 in the can! Highlights include:
- completely stealing apo’s thunder by not separating product and engineering features. my bad @0xApotheosis !
- Our theme moved from “connect, evolve, transcend” into simpley “KISS” You can see KISS permeate everywhere now.
- It’s only been one quarter for limit orders, which took a long ass time, and they
- 0x changed their biz model and had a banner month in January.
- We had the full rollercoaster of a quarter, one great month with 100k revs and then back to the doldrums.
- Cumulative swaps held above 1.2K through February and then did a swan dive.
- Launching OG.
Agent got a technical breakdown, a design wireframe, and discussion this week. Moving along with this without delay. Focusing on two things at once is difficult. Plenty of breathing room and patience please 
Notification center got it’s tickets, this could end up being gigantic or not that bad. No way to know until the plumbing gets soldered.
Polish tickets continue, and in fact, have a quarterly milestone. Ideally, by EQO, we know how much polish we can reasonably pack into that timeline.
Process & Research & Team
Speaking of tickets, quarterly planning meeting got kiboshed for a slight pivot. We’re making a timeline view on github of the high level and ticketed things for the quarter. From there, we’ll solicit ideas we need to champion instead of setting expectations for failure. 
Product checking into and networking with wallets that can handle the use case for agents: we’re looking at both accounts with a wallet for complex order routing and persistent history across devices, and also allow you to connect any wallet you want. Either way you can only transact with one address at a time and we’ll aim for iteration here.
Lots of fun discussions to be had on github discussions if you are an AI savvy developer!
Spec updates:
- Spec Ratio is at: 2.42
- As we reduce the workload product will consolidate into chain specs, swapper specs, and then simple features so the backlog is nice and tidy. This unblocks us upstream by smoothing expectations before we spike.
- Will groom both the github and the notion icebox in the coming weeks.
